Wayfair is my go-to online shopping website. We get tons of compliments on products I’ve purchased off of Wayfair and the prices are seriously unbeatable! Our midcentury TV stand in the living room and our black metal bedframe are both from Wayair.
Stationary & Art – Minted
Minted is my one stop shop for all things stationary and art! They have an amazing selection of holiday cards and I ordered all of our wedding paper goods through them as well. Tons of independent artists come together to provide an incredible selection of fine art. You are sure to find something you love on Minted.
MATTRESSES & BEDDING – BRENTWOOD HOME
This company is amazing through and through. For over 30 years, they’ve been making mattresses and home essentials with a team of local artisans and fabricators in Los Angeles. All of their products use healthy and ethically-sourced materials, inspired by the natural world. Two of our mattresses were ordered online and I will never go back to purchasing from a mattress store!

I love Hayneedle as much as I do Wayfair. Great prices, quality, style and selection. They have a page where you can shop collected styles straight from real homes. It makes it so easy to pick out pieces of furniture and decor that go together without looking to matchy, matchy.
HOME DECOR + RENO PROS – HOUZZ
Anyone else obsessed with Houzz? It’s a home renovation website. You can shop top of the line home brands for a fraction of the cost! My huge, brass floor lamp with a marble base came from Houzz and it was half the retail cost. You can also look for home renovation professionals to help you complete your next project.

EMAIL MARKETING -ACTIVECAMPAIGN
ActiveCampaign is my email platform, marketing automation, and CRM all in one. I ditched MailChimp to move to ActiveCampaign and have never looked back. They make sending email (especially automated email) a breeze. The interface is super simple, yet the software is robust. You can make lists, create forms for embedding (all the forms on this website are ActiveCampaign), and design workflows, and SO much more. This is a MUST HAVE tool for anyone looking to promote their website, products or services.
LANDING PAGE BUILDER – CLICKFUNNELS
ClickFunnels is what I use to create all of my landing pages. These are essential if you want to run campaings, have peopel sign up for downloads or programs, or sell products and services. Landing pages strip away your website navigation so the visitor can focus, meaning they are more likely to convert! I’ve tried tons of landing page builders and ClickFunnels is super user friendly, has great functionality, and integrates smoothly with other softwares (unlike other landing page builders, I have tried). BOOKKEEPING SOFTWARE – QUICKBOOKS
I can’t stress the important of Quickbooks enough. You HAVE to keep track of your earnings. Every single penny. That can be extremely difficult if you aren’t using a software like Quickbooks. The first year I went to do my taxes, I cried a lot. Thankfully, Quickbooks has helped me get my financial records together so I’m ready to roll come tax time. Quickbooks is a life saver and if you are a business owner, you need it!
BASIC FINANCE KNOWLEDGE – THE FREELANCE CFO
If you are making money, you should know how to properly manage it. I don’t know what I would have done without this course. Katelyn is super helpful when it comes to teaching me how to keep my books tax ready, properly report taxes and deductions, and grow my business, and her course is surprisingly affordable. An finance crash course is an investment you will not regret. Promise.
