An Intimate, At Home, Fall Dinner Party

Craving community, I reached out to my dear friend Lauren Koster to collaborate on an intimate dinner for a wonderful group of women. Being late fall, we envisioned something moody and harvest-like and it couldn’t have turned out better!

Florals really do make or break an event design and Cass and Jean Flower Co. knocked it out of the park (as always). She created this stunning centerpiece and provided accent florals for the vases on the buffet. The fruit throughout the table brought something unique and unexpected.

I usually shy away from blue, but this deep navy, velvet-like table runner took me out of my comfort zone and it was absolutely stunning.

We paired it with matching blue dinner plates. The salad plate was a more rustic look which was a fun play on the modern, matte dinner plate.

We chose a grey napkin and Lauren hand tied them with pretty pieces of leather. The coordinating grey glassware was thrifted, and of course we utilized vintage candlesticks for the perfect evening glow.
