What’s in my Shower: Products I am Loving

The third trimester of pregnancy means I spend too much time working in my robe. Getting ready isn’t always high on my agenda — which I suppose is good training for the “fourth trimester” and early motherhood. However, taking time to do my hair and makeup shifts my mindset: I feel more focused, put-together and ready to take on the day. Now that I’m carrying our sweet baby girl, the products I use on my hair and skin have become very important to me.

Lately, I’ve enjoyed Prose hair products. Prose produces high-quality, custom hair products tailored to your hair condition, texture, and needs. They even consider your geographical location since climate can drastically impact hair quality. I took their online consultation (a series of brief questions to determine your formula) and excitedly awaited my new hair products.

I’ve been using Prose shampoo, conditioner, and moisture masque for several weeks now and am seriously in love with the quality. My hair feels smooth and healthy — which is saying something considering all the changes my body is currently navigating. I’m so glad that I found Prose and highly recommend their hair care line.

In addition to the Prose shampoo and hair mask, I’ve really been enjoying the R&Co Crown Scalp Scrub, which is so effective at cleaning away product buildup. Aveeno’s Stress Relief body wash is another go-to product for me; it smells amazing and is gentle on the skin. The bubble bath from Raw Sugar Living & body wash from the Seaweed Bath Co. are also some of my shower favorites.

Finally, I also love this Gel Facial Cleanser from Grown Alchemist. It feels soothing and soft, doing the job without stripping the skin. I use it daily with my facial massager, which has been a complexion and acne game changer! I can’t recommend the FOREO enough.

High quality products are slowly becoming part of my daily routine, and I’m so glad I made the switch. My hair and skin definitely thank me for it!
