I have always wanted to learn how to make “fancy” fresh fruit cocktails, but never had the time… until now! What can I say? Quarantine has turned me into a cocktail queen. We have tried 10(ish) different recipes with various types of liquor, so here are our favorites…
If you want to make cocktails on the regular, I suggest making a big batch of simple syrup to keep in your fridge! We also have chili salt ready to go in our cupboard. And if you aren’t patient enough to fresh squeeze your fruit, you can always simply buy the juice (although, it’s not always as good, IMO). Cheers to surviving quarantine one fancy af cocktail at a time!
