Medicine is HARD. The amount of education and training a doctor has to go through is overwhelming, and I think most individuals know that, but what they don’t know is how hard it can be on the spouse.

Better late than never! Our moody main bedroom makeover is finally here. This was an extremely challenging time to work on a house project. There were shipping delays, stores were closed and we froze spending in case we needed our savings. Not to mention, I was only living at our house for about 20% of the time.

I got the chance to dream up my picture perfect backyard with Wayfair, and it was so much fun! Our new yard is completely empty and full of potential. The size and layout of our one of the things that sold us on our house, so I’m extremely excited to turn it into a little oasis for us to enjoy with friends and family all summer long.
